Gangster Bankers

Just read Matt Taibbi’s article in the latest Rolling Stone. I wanted to do my own illustration for it and capture a little more of the feeling of the article. I’ve been looking for new cliches when dealing with corrupt bankers. It seems like most political illustrations are still calling back to cliches from the 20’s and 30’s, if not even further back. I want to find my own way of dealing with the subject matter. Also, I’m having a lot of fun with paint again.
